Len Perham

Mr. Leonard C. Perham, CEO, MoSys, Inc.

Len is a successful entrepreneur with more than 30 years of executive leadership and semiconductor industry experience. Len serves as  Chairman of NetLogic Microsystems (NETL, a public, fabless, semiconductor company), Chairman at Optimal Corporation (a  provider of electronic design automation tools), Chairman at QuickSil (a mixed signal foundry), Venture Partner at AsiaTech Management, and served as a member of the board of directors of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group (previously the Silicon Valley Manufacturing Group) .

From 1991 to 2000, Len served as CEO of Integrated Device Technology, Inc (IDTI).  He was appointed President and elected to the Board of Directors in 1986.  During his 16-year tenure, Len incubated several companies under the IDT umbrella including Galileo Technology (acquired by Marvell Technology); Quantum Effect Devices (QED, acquired by PMCS-Sierra); Monolithic System Technology (MoSys); Clear Logic, Inc.; and Centaur Technology.  Prior to joining IDT, Len was President and CEO of Optical Information Systems, Inc, a division of Exxon Enterprises.  He was also a member of the founding team at Zilog, Inc. and held management positions at Advanced Micro Devices and Western Digital.  Len received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. 
 
 
Dave Sikes

Mr. L. David Sikes, Principal, Exeter Consulting 
 
Dave has over forty years of experience in the technology industry, specializing in the areas of engineering and administration. He recently served as VP of Business Development for TAEUS International Corporation and as interim CEO of Mobius Microsystems during start up and funding. Previously, Dave spent ten years at Ramtron International Corporation, the last seven as CEO and/or Chairman. During his tenure, Dave transitioned Ramtron from a research to a market driven organization resulting in sales growth to more than $50M. He also maintained Ramtron’s ability to continue operations after the bankruptcy of a major backer by creating new financial and intellectual licensing partnerships. Prior to his Ramtron experience, Dave served in senior executive positions for ASM International and ASM Lithography, Motorola, National Semiconductor, and Eastman Kodak. Dave studied at MIT where he earned a B.S. in electrical engineering with a minor in economics.
 
 
Simon Strauss

Mr. Simon Strauss, Partner, E/W Capital LLC 
 
 As co-founder of New York financial advisory firm E/W Capital LLC, Simon concentrates on financings in alternative energy, media and communications. Previously, Simon served as Managing Director at Jefferies & Company and headed their Alternative Energy/Technology and  New York Communications groups. In that capacity, he advised and/or executed public offerings, private placements, restructurings and M & A. Formerly, Simon was Managing Director and head of Telecommunications Investment Banking at Gerard Klauer Mattison (now BMO Capital Markets, part of Bank of Montreal). 
 
Simon began his career as a principal in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Ernst & Young where he advised clients on financings and M & A strategy.  He became CFO of VPI North America Inc., the US subsidiary of VPI Group PLC, a British financial public relations firm, and then focused on private equity and financial advisory services as President of Castle Point Group.  Simon received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Edinburgh. He is a Chartered Accountant and a CPA.
